Hot cross buns

Hot Cross Buns are served during the Easter Lent Season. Made from our very own sweet dough recipe that has a blend of Mixed Fruit(diced orange peel and diced green and red cherries), Raisins and Walnuts with a hint of Cinnamon and then when warm out of the oven we glaze with a vanilla glaze and butter combination then decorated with a buttercream Cross on each one.
